Totalvideogames.com reports that Konami have today announced on their Japanese website that they have accepted an offer of 3 million shares to become the majority shareholder of Hudson Soft, which has been experiencing a downturn in fortunes. The additional shares mean that Konami’s stake in the company has risen from 45.47% to 53.99%, leaving the company behind Bomberman a Konami subsidiary. Check here for details.
