1)
Remove the Dreamcast cover - four screws on bottom
2) Locate the GD-Rom drive and it's lid sensor located on the
upper right portion of the assembly. You will need to keep it
depressed for the territory boot to work but we find that a
size 16 rubber band, looped twice will offer the right amount
of tension. Hook one end of the band to the door sensor and
hitch the other end to the little nub on the bottom of the GD-Rom
assembly that is approximately beneath the sensor.
3) Replace the cover to the Dreamcast
4) Power on and pop the lid to the console
5) The familiar DC menu should appear
6) Insert any Japanese DC game into the GD-Rom and > select
the music menu
7) The GD-Rom will spin for roughly 2-3 seconds and stop
8) Remove the Japanese game and insert your American game into
the DC
9) Exit from the music screen |
