some people believe you can just get into 3rd Party Test without
paying the price and those people are wrong. There is a price
to pay when you join the elite testers of SCEA. This is the
story of the New Members and the Initiation Ceremony in which
newly hired testers must endure a habenero hamburger from the
great "Prince of Wales" Brewery in San Mateo. |

 These
2 dumb new 3rd Party Testers have no idea what they have got
themselves into.
On
the right you have Justin Pickersgill and on the right is
Erick Cobbs.

a Prayer, Boyz... |

 They
are starting to get nervous with their hamburgers in front
of them. Dave Panigua is the left and Bruce Baily is on the
right. Frank is in the back watching. In germany, Frank is
short for Hot Dog.

did I get Myself into |
|
 Justin
aka Sugar Ray (without the Sugar) seems a little worried.
To his left is Johnny Choi. They say if you pull down Johnny
Choi's pants, you'll find Jay Vo on the "mic", but
today you can find him in the very back of this picture.

this is hot! |

 Erick
Cobbs who transfered from first party test has the expression
of "Jesus" on his face. He goes on to say that he
hasn't felt this kind of heat since Mark Pentek left.

First Bite |
|
 Justin's
taking his first bite. His Aunt at Namco couldn't save him
now as he plunges into hell. His aunt tells him, "don't
worry, it can't be worse than playing weaponlord."

 Bruce
Baily is showing us the facial exercises they teach you when
you become a Perm which he has just become.

 Dave
Panigua in the white hat is wondering if leaving Sega was
such a good idea.

The

 By
this time, Dave is hallucinating from the hamburger. When
he looks into the water, he thinks he's on a island in the
pacific.

 When
your facing this kind of heat, you want water and ANY water
will do... red, black, brown or Yellow.

| Pain
is only temporary |
|
 It's
about halfway through and these guys can't believe the pain
their in. Pain is only temporary.

Bites |

 Justin
thinks he can beat the pain by taking big bites on his meat.
Chris on the very left is wishing Justin would take big bites
on his meat.

|
 Wipe
that stupid grin off your face and finish your damn hamburger,
Paniagua!

 Bruce

 We
now know why Jay can't get a date. If you notice Jay on the
right is stunned by Justin's Beauty.
