After a month off due the holidays and other sundry events, Game Night was back on. Good Chinese food, featuring two kinds of white rice, and CheekyMonkey's birthday were on the menu. However, the best moments of Game Night are the funny ones. This night was a full night of Condition Zero complete with friendly fire, surprise attacks, more friendly fire, and some great shooting.

Sometimes the good news comes with the bad news. Most of the night it was three on three. During a round on Fast Line, my two teammates have died while only taking out one of the other side. As I am running around, I hear gunfire, but it is far away. I immediately hear return fire, and again, it is way far away. Then, "Sorry." Followed by, "Oh, I'm sorry." Being the only one alive on my team, I know the other team was shooting themselves - that is always good to hear.
Reporting in. On everyone's favorite map Bikini (well, at least it is Bunny's favorite) we snuck into the house through the beach path and by the tennis court. We caught Pisser as he was moving from the tv room into the entry hall. Most of us try to let our teammates know where the bad guys are when we are being shot. I shot Pisser in the back, and he said 'Ugh." He wasn't dead so I fired another burst, and again P said, "Ugh." He was still alive, so I had to shoot him a third time. Finally he died with one last "Ugh." Unfortunately, "Ugh" doesn't really pinpoint the enemy's location. But half a second later BadKitty caught up to us from behind and killed us all.
In Dust II, BadKitty and CheekyMonkey were defending site B. They were hiding behind boxes; each watching a different entrance. BK saw me and Nexus run in the door and she told CM, "They're on the other side on the box by you." So CM runs around a box, and starts shooting the first person he sees. Tragically, CM had run to BK's boxes and was shooting her. She had to yell, "The box by you, not the box by me!"
And finally, once again on Dust II, we had planted the bomb at site A. BadKitty ran to the bomb site and she and I exchanged fire. I completely missed her, but she winged me a little. CheekyMonkey came from the other direction and our shots resulted in his death. He checked to see who killed him, and exclaimed, "Of course, from a head shot." I went back to shooting at BK and I shot her in the head also. She said, "Thanks CM." As in, thanks for talking about a head shot because he just did that to me as well.
Just another Game Night.
