Once again, Game Night began with a home cooked meal. Dinner featured Pisser's Precious Barbeque Tri-Tip, Bombastic Bunny's Mashed Potatoes, and Coins. For those of you who are not hip on the current culinary fashions, for some reason, KrazyKarl refers to hotlinks as Coins. Our appetizer consisted of some excellent fresh bread and spinach dip. Bunny's Fan, who is a spinach dip connoisseur remarked, 'This is the best dip that I have eaten at this house, ever!'
Also featured was the premier screening of an exciting new short film. For those of you who missed it, thanks to Gamelord.org who have graciously added it to their web site. (click here to download video but may take a minute to download) There was laughing and crying and even some applause among those who attended the show. And we hear and mystifying new prequel is in the works.
Later on we celebrated Bunny's Fan's Birthday. A huge chocolate cake was decorated with four candles - one for each of the 9 years that he has been alive. He was suspicious about the almost celebration that was planned for Thursday, but Saturday's event came as a complete surprise. On an interesting note, the cake was then cut into puzzle piece type shapes and it was delicious. Thanks to Pisser for the cake. Oh yeah, we also did play some CS, Gauntlet, and BF2.
